Goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below as standard. Shipping by DHL.
If you would like us to ship to another country, please send us an e-mail (insert e-mail address) before placing an order and tell us the item, the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postal code. We will then inform you shortly whether we can also ship to the desired country and – if delivery to the desired delivery address is possible – inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner in advance about the shipping options and costs.
You will receive all our articles in the store free of shipping costs within Germany. The costs for packaging and shipping are included in the price shown.

Prepayment by bank transfer
Please transfer the invoice amount to our bank account within 7 days, stating the purpose of payment. We will inform you of our bank details and the purpose of the transfer separately by e-mail as part of the order processing.
Credit card
Pay conveniently by credit card. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Discover and Diners.
Klarna
- Invoice: The payment period is 14 days from dispatch of the goods/ticket/ or, in the case of other services, the provision of the service. - Installment purchase : With Klarna’s financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least EUR 6.95) or under the conditions otherwise specified in the checkout. The installment payment is due at the end of each month after Klarna has sent a monthly invoice. - Immediately: Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order.
- Direct debit: The amount will be debited after the goods have been dispatched. You will be informed of the time by e-mail. (Please only list payment methods that you offer).
Google Pay
You can pay with Google Pay as part of the ordering process. To do this, you must confirm the payment via the “Google Pay” mobile app on a supported end device by following the verification steps. giropay
giropay is the online payment method used by German banks and savings banks. You can link giropay directly to your current account. If you do not yet have a griopay account, you can register quickly and easily with giropay
Immediately
Sofort is the direct bank transfer procedure of Sofort GmbH – A Klarna Group Company. You pay securely and conveniently with your usual online banking data (PIN/TAN) without registration – now in the new Klarna design. The merchant receives a real-time confirmation after the transfer has been completed. This allows them to send stock items and digital goods immediately – so you receive your purchases faster.
